“ Love love love! Best fast food breakfast ever! Whenever I get the chance to go to one I do. I love how fresh it is but still fast for being on the go. I wish they would keep the Pimento cheese all year because that is the icing on the came when it comes to their breakfast sammies. ”
“ Just had a "who's on first" with an employee. I ordered a #9 and asked for cheddar cheese instead of American. It came out with American on it. I went back up and said I ordered it with cheddar and she said "shredded?" I said "cheddar" - "but his comes with American" - "but I asked for cheddar" - "so you want shredded cheese?" - "cheddar" - "but this comes with American." Apparently, their cheddar only comes shredded. Someone in charge stepped in to clarify and offered to remake it. It wasn't the most pleasant of exchanges. It was more intended to end the conversation and get me out of there. ***Having a knowledgeable cashier would have prevented all of this*** ***Having the food runner understand that customers are not intimately familiar with the menu would have helped at that point*** ***The manager did take over and try to resolve the issue but, again, I was the problem, not the communication failures that led to the situation*** The floors in the kitchen were littered with food and packaging, the order prep surfaces were covered in biscuit pieces, and there were about 100% more employees than required. I saw someone grab a piece of chicken with their hand (it was gloved) from the drive thru prep area and walk around and back to the dine in order prep area with it waving in the air. Surprisingly, the self serve drink area was tidy and well stocked. The food was good, even with the American "cheese." I declined the remake offer. I probably won't return to this location, and will think twice about others. ”

“ Came here with two others on a Friday so it was definitely busy, but we received our food quick which was a nice surprise. The staff were kind but unfortunately this place was a mess. There was trash on the floors for the entire hour we were there, not once did somebody come out to wipe down the booths and tables. My sandwich was also cold. Despite all of that, it was very tasty and I would give it another shot in the future. 10/10 hash browns. Good food for a good price. ”

The person taking our order was a little snippy but it was insanely busy so I'm sure she was just stressed during the holiday season. Would absolutely recommend if you need something quick and filling for yourself or for small kids! ”
“ It doesn't get any better than this place, when it comes to fast food. Grits taste like they've been made by someone's grandma. Good quality bacon, and the biscuits taste fresh every time. When I travel to NC, I always make it a priority to eat here at least two to three times during my trip. ”
“ Love this place! The food is great, if not a little pricey for fast food, but it tastes like a step up from the competition. We haven't gotten a bad meal yet, but we have had our orders messed up plenty. Thank goodness we always dine in and are able to get it corrected easily, but it would scare me to order take out and get home to a screwed up order. The sausage gravy biscuit is to die for, and the loaded country fries are very good, too. Anything you can order with bacon is also a safe bet. They have really good and perfectly cooked bacon! On the weekends the drive-thru is literally wrapped around the building, but don't let that deter you. We always go in and there's little to no line, and we get our food fairly fast. ”
